How to prepare your XLS-Nutrition weight loss shake
XLS-NUTRITION is recommended for either a 2-week Boost Diet Plan or for an extended weight loss plan.
- 1 - Pour 200ml of semi skimmed milk into your XLS-Nutrition shaker
- 2 - Add 40g of XLS-Nutrition powder (4 heaped tablespoons) to the milk
- 3 - If you're using the vanilla flavour, add 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g) of vegetable oil with a high level of unsaturated fatty acids (sunflower oil will do the trick). If you're using strawberry or chocolate flavour, you don't need to add the oil - skip straight to step 4
- 4 - Tighten the container and give it a good shake!

Tip: Fruit or vegetables make great low-calorie snacks.
Week 2: Target phase
Replace two meals a day with an XLS-Nutrition shake. At either lunch time or for dinner, it’s recommended to eat a well-balanced meal.

Week 1: Concentration phase

For best results, stick to the recommended servings and remember to only eat healthy snacks.
Exercise tip: Light exercise is recommended during this phase.
Week 2-4: Target phase
Replace two of your meals with an XLS-Nutrition shake each day (we recommend breakfast and lunch time).
For dinner, we recommend a well-balanced and healthy meal.
Tip: If you snack, keep to fruit of vegetables if you can.
Exercise tip: Try a brisk walk, 2-3 times a week for exercise.
Week 5: Maintenance phase
When you reach week 5, it could be a good time to move to replacing only 1 meal a day with an XLS-Nutrition meal replacement shake. Ensure the other 2 meals are both well-balanced and healthy.
